Terms and conditions

1. Quotations
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change after this period.
2. Deposit and payment structure
To proceed with your order, the following payment schedule applies: 30% Deposit — Payable upon acceptance of the quotation to secure your booking and material sourcing. 50% Interim Payment — Due upon completion of the furniture construction in our workshop, prior to installation. This payment secures your installation date. 20% Final Payment — Payable immediately upon completion of the installation. All payments must be made by bank transfer (details provided on invoice) and are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
3. Installation dates
Installation dates will be confirmed once the 50% interim payment has been received. While we aim to adhere to agreed dates, delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. supplier delays, illness, weather) will be communicated promptly.
4. Changes and cancellations
Any requested changes to the design or scope of work after confirmation may incur additional costs and affect timelines. Cancellations after production has begun will result in forfeiture of any payments made to cover costs already incurred.
5. Customer responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the installation area. We kindly ask that the workspace is cleared of personal items and that pets and children are kept clear of the working area during installation.
6. Warranty
We offer a 12-month workmanship warranty from the date of installation. This does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, or issues caused by misuse or lack of proper care.
7. Ownership of goods
All goods remain the property of Marston Made Ltd until full payment is received.
8. Acceptance of terms
Payment of the initial deposit confirms your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
